Going to Chiropractor to adjust ankle??

Posted , 3 users are following.

I broke my talus about 9 months ago and my ankle is still extremely stiff and swells daily. I still do not have full range of motion in it and I  was wondering if getting it adjusted at the chiropractor would help with my stiffness and pain. Has anyone ever tried this before?

From what I have read it seems to be a worthwhile thing to do provided the chiropractor of choice does ankles. My preference would be for one who is not qualified as a McTimoney practitioner. Pleas let us know how you get on

That’s what I have been reading too and I will do anything to make my ankle feel better at this point! Just was nervous about messing it up more. I will definitely give updates if I do go!

Just make sure that your chiropractor is fully aware of what you have had done.

      All the best, Richard
