Going to see the Endocrinologist tomorrow

Equal parts scared and excited.

Anyone have any wise words? I tried to get onto the FB page but so far no tesponse to my request to join it.

    Don't worry someone will answer you, they are very busy and don't get to respond straight away.  I told Sallie to expect you but of course she doesnt know your name.

    I'm not familiar with your story but I would recommended taking copies of any blood results you have and writing your symptoms down (whether you think they ate relayed to hyperparathyroidism or not) along with a list of current medication.

    Hopefully you'll get an endo that knows what they're doing - try not to leave until you feel you've been heard and you have some sort of plan of action agreed.

    For your info there are several groups on facebook, I belong to one called Hyperparathyroidism support towards surgery.
