Is there any help on the Gold Coast Australia? I have spoken to so many doctors that look at me blankly and have to google TSM then I have no trust in them guiding me correctly 😥

    Certainly is!  Please check your personal messages.  I have sent you the details of two doctors who understand and prescribe naltrexone as per The Sinclair Method.
