Been off citalopram for a week and have had really bad withdrawal symptoms. I’ve been on the 20mg dose for 8 weeks previously to that was on a lower dose . I’m going crazy the werid head sensations are driving me mad! I can’t  focus can stand up longer for more than 5 mins without having werid head sensations!!! Reason I stopped because I was ill and couldn’t make it to my 4 week review!  I have a appointment tomorrow will the side effects go or stay for much longer because I can’t take this much longer! The withdrawal symptoms only started 4 days in without taking them. Please advice would be very grateful ! Any tips how to get rid or some support
