Gonorrhea or Chlamydia without Having Vaginal or Oral Sex.

I seem to have achieved the impossible. I'm still awaiting test results, but it looks like I either contracted gonorrhea or chlamydia without having vaginal or oral sex.
I took a few trips to the local massage shops and received happy endings.
I never request more than a hand job for this exact reason - fear of contracting a notifiable STI.
Worst time for it to happen (xmas/NYE). In normal times, lab work is a 48 hr turnaround.
I have to wait 8 days between discovering symptoms and receiving test results.
The symptoms which I have experienced are (14 days after the last encounter):
- yellow discharge from the tip of my penis
- pain while urinating (it was not excruciating like I've heard, but it is more than a light burn).
- diarrhea
No fever or bumps or ulcers or skin lesions. The tip was a bit red and you could tell the urethra was also a bit inflamed.
I guess my question is, is there any chance this is something else? Can you randomly get an infection affecting the urethra with such symptoms.
This is so unusual that my doctor was skeptical about my story.
But I did not have vaginal or oral sex and there's no reason for me to be deceptive about that here.
And I realise I'm probably going to get grilled by contact tracers about this.
Whilst my symptoms have now gone away, this is a photo on the worst day:
Thanks for listening.

I'm absolutely beside myself right now. Is it possible I have also contracted HIV?
It is supposed to be impossible to get either of the other 2 from a massage or massage bed.
Is it possible some ejaculate of the previous customer crept into my urethra?
If so, can you catch HIV like that?

do they use oils and such? Is it possibility the oils
maybe got in and maybe thats the cause? Your happy ending was by hand correct? No saliva? Did you watch and know that only hands were used?

They did use oils, yes.
It was by hand. I did watch and can confirm that no oral contact took place.

could have nothing to do with the act and just bad timing. Get appointment with dr and show picture so they see your concern.
