Hey guys,
Does anyone ever have good days and have no symptoms of anything and feeling great but isn't it funny how when you feel great you are great if that makes sense and then for day day you think how silly you was thinking with every slightest problem you had you was convinced it was somthing terrible. But then when the bad days hit you it literally turns everything upside and once again back in the never ending ses pit if anxiety constantly churning Round in ur head. Today is a horrible morning started off with somthing uncommon for me but a massive over sleep fell a sleep and been a sleep like 12 hour normaly on a good night I'd be lucky to sleep 6. Its just exhausting is all of this going round a never ending rollercoaster. I have every bad symptom today today's gonna be a long day.

Hey eezo
It's crazy isn't it its like oh no heres my millionth heart attack why do I feel the sudden dread and urge to go to AnE. Hahaha. Its such a drain on your mind. Yeah am sure everyone is suffering from some way or another. But doesn't make it any easier when your on ur own. It's when you get very hypersensitiv to every aches or pains

With Anxiety you need to consider the reasons why you feel the way you feel on a daily basis, Generally the general population move on and accept bad days as good days, People and their health varies and in most cases visiting their GP is not the first option, they try and heal themselves before knocking on the Srger door.
If you suffer from a diagnosed condition and you have your medications sorted, we do not need to see the GP we get on with our lives. Most health problems are routine we treat and move on. Anxiety sufferers cannot do that for some reason known only to themselves
Churning your thoughts with fears of something serious just makes you feel more Anxious and it is sad to see sufferers been unable to get on with their lives
People with Anxiety needs understanding, it is a mental illness that makes the sufferer very unhappy and even flustrated. You need to understand, yes life is complex, and people concern themselves regards their own mortality. To learn how to take control of your health fears enables people to take that responsibility on.
Your GP can help in various ways although the patient needsĀ to be responsible and consider other treatments available without a Surgery visit

Oh, yes. I relate completely. It's a bit frustrating because I never really know how I am going to feel when I wake up. I try to just take it one day at a time.. at least keep in mind that you know there will be better days to come.

Yes it's weird and frustrating. At first it's all bad then it turns around and you think....I may have cracked this and then the slightest thing can set it off. I find a change of routine can really unsettle me. Maybe oversleeping was tge triigger. You don't normally sleep that long and you woke up.in a panic so the anxiety set in. ???
