Good day following a bad weekend

Yep, yesterday was a lot better planned and eat healthy, i did weigh myself to see what damage I had done, hopefully will get rid of it before Saturdays weigh in.

Here to another day on plan and moving forawrd!

      It does and i was pleased the damage i did do can hopefully be undone.  have meals planned for today so feeling alot more positive xx

      Gosh! can you imagine what its like to be slim??

      Its been so long for me, I dont think I would recognise myself!

      Weight is so ageing and makes me look dead frumpy.

       I do not believe there is anyone that is overweight and really happy and the health aspects scares the hell out of me eek I dont want to become too extream about dieting otherwise I will just burn out from it.

      It would be wonderful to be able to drop this weight quickly, but in reality it is going to take me well into next year to be at a healthy weight.

      As far as I am concerned food is a legalised *drug* for me and something I will have to manage/control.

      I just Love Love Love my food too much!
