Good days & bad days

Who has these?......you think that the fog is starting to clear, the citalopram is working & you feel good..........then the following evening you just crash & feel on edge & nervous about everything & analise your every emotion!

    Hi Rob,

    How are you? Just be patient your getting through the roller coaster ride. It sucks going through it. I've been on this med since 2/24/18 @ 10 mg. I'm myself again. It took me 8 good months to really get fully better.

    Be positive and cut out caffeine and sugar and drink water and exercise.

      i think im going to stay on 15 mg for a while, im trying to be very mindful, getting a good nights sleep, not drinking at home or partying, eating the right foods & when i need a minute to re group then i do. just trying to keep my head down & plough through.

    Citalopram works great, it usually takes about a month to work. But citalopram also has some side effects, such as dry mouth, sweating and fatigue, etc. These side effects are mild and will go away after a few weeks.

      what doseage are you currently on

      its great when you read success stories, how long did you take to settle?
