Good morning to you all.

I look into the world

In which the Sun shines,

In which the stars sparkle,

In which the stones lie,

Where the living plants are growing,

Where the animals are feeling,

And where the soul of man

Provides a dwelling for the spirit...

This is a little poem by Rudolf Steiner, which I had to learn at school.

Today I woke up and just felt like singing this.

It's not that I'm sitting on a pink cloud or something, I'm verry well aware of my situation and all my shortcommings.

But, today I feel exeptionaly, stronger than strong, more loving than I ever was, more caring than I ever cared.

The day is beautifull and I'm intending to enjoy every single minute of it.

I hope this poem brings a little more joy in the hearts of all of you.

    Have a great Sunday.

    Escar

I love that poem.  Rudolf Steiner is one of my favorites.  It's good to see someone in a happy place.  I came up with a quote "We are just a jar for God".  Happy thoughts to you.

Happy Sunday one and all. Look thy last on all things every hour. In other words try to be happy and live in the moment and appreciate life...it can so quickly be taken from us.

I just woke up, had a nightshift yesterday.

If I look over the last 8 weeks, I'm doing fantastic.

My consumation went from +/- 105 units to 3,5 units.

From +/- 28 half a litres of 7% to 1 half a litre of the same folume of alcohol.

Only one beer, and it lasted me the whole evening lol, this is a great feeling, seems Selingro does everything It promises.

      Hope you're doing fine there.

Today a free day off, going to enjoy it and do some shopping.

      Greetz,

      Escar

Yups,  I do need to say, Selingro is doing it's job.

Still a little stressed, but all is within acceptable.

Still I want to cut down ever more, like 3 til 10 units a week.

This is wat my GP say's to be within my possibility's.

Hope she is right about this one :-)

I hope you'll enjoy your day also.

      Greets,

    Inner Work

    Inner work has outer effects

    Judge not, only listen

    Don't question aimlessly

    Only behold.

    Love them all.

    Outer experience has inner results

    Don't avoid, only seek

    Be not defensive, only endure

    until it is attained.

    Quiet within, Love without

    Speak not, only hear

    Don't ask, only wait

Until it is given to you.

    Rudolf Steiner.

Love this poem, makes sence doesn't it

I was aswell extremely charmed by this one.

Being patient is not my strongest point, hope this will change some day.
