Hello,

Nice title, ugh! I have been having an increasingly difficult time getting to sleep. When I do (usually around 4 AM, I have slept until 10 to 11 and then occasionally until 1 to 3 pm. I have tried the white light radio set-up (maybe not often enough). I sleep with my dog who generally is very quiet but then more than a few times she wakes me from a semi-slumber probably because I am snoring or groaning in pain when change my position in bed (while sleeping, somewhat). When I had really bad neck pain two years ago she wouldn't even sleep with me; as soon as I turned out the lights she headed downstairs to sleep under a chair!

I usually walk with her for an hour to 90 minutes in the early evening. I am no longer as physically active as I used to be (can't run, can't do push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, most stretching exercises: my neuro told me not to, it's not my personal preference; e.g., I went swimming three years ago, felt great, did a few toe touches, still OK; three hours later ... PAIN ... couldn't sleep that night ... pain lasted for 36 hours or so.

I am in no rush for an answer. I did see today an article about psoriasis and sleep issues.
