Gooey mucus in my diarrhea?

So since last Tuesday (Sept 30, and it is now Oct 5) I have been having slight diarrhea almost every day. Whenever I poop only small amounts of diarrhea would come out but yellow mucus would also come out with it and whenever I wiped it would show on the toilet paper. Well today I felt the need to poop but when I pooped only this goopy discharge came out??? Is this concerning and should I see a doctor?? Has anyone had the same happen to them and what was it?? imageimage
