hi i have anxiety for 4 years now and i was wondering if anxiety is the reason as to why when im trying to fall asleep or when im at the verge of falling asleep my mind/ body usually starts to shake or tremor internally and when i wake myself up completely it'll be gone. i also experience goosebumps so i cover myself with blankets thinking im just cold but its really not. its been going on for 2 weeks (on and off when im trying to sleep) and im so scared

its definitely anxiety i kind of get the same feeling especially when im anxious or had a panic attack, its like weird sensation going through your body as your away to fall asleep, the feeling i get is like im falling, soon as i open my eyes im fine then as i go back into a deep sleep it happens again. i think its its your brain staying awake because of the anxiety but your body is shutting down to sleep so mixed together you get that weird feeling. you will be ok i go through the same as you your not alone.

As now you know that is anxiety, so. therefore you need to get relaxed before sleeping. If it is possible stay away from all the screen like mobile or TV and all and try to read any book till the time you don't feel sleepy. In my case i used to get goosebumps in my legs.
