got herpes 4 month ago and i keep taking episodic medication from stress

Hello. i got hsv2 about 4 months ago and i had 2 back to back outbreaks -the first and after another. since then every time i feel tingling or i think i do or muscle spasms i start taking 5 days 3 times a day acyclovir 400mg  because i don't want to have another outbreak and i am stress out. i am leaving on a holiday in a few days and i am scared i will get one there. i started again from stress episodic treatment .i want to be able to drink alcohol on the holiday so i don't think i can take suppressive  medication (2 times 400 mg acyclovir a day). any suggestions? what is the difference between taking 2 times a day and 3 times a day regarding to the virus.

if i keep taking episodic treatment will it make me get a bounce back outbreak like when people do when they take suppressive medicaiton for a year?  i thought maybe to take on the holiday 2 times a day when sometimes at night to skip a dose so i can drink but i am scared i still have it in my body and the alcohol is problematic and also maybe when i skip i ill trigger an outbreak. please help.

i do because i don't get clear answers from anyone doctors in forums ... its all speculation that is what makes me go crazy with this f.. herpes.

if i know everthing about it like how to stop it before outbreak wise and what is a real symptom not a little tingle or a scratch . how should i know what is what? its crazy that the doctors know a lot but basically nothing.
