Got kicked in the testicules scared of the consequences

Hello,

5 days ago I practiced a martial art with my friend to train. Without paying attention, his leg hit my testicles very hard and this hurted me extremely and especially hurted my stomach otherwise, I had no bleeding and no bruises. After 10 minutes I didn't have any more pain but I have the impression that I no longer have sexual desires as before is it just psychological or an imagination or it can be possible?

I'm also afraid that a very strong blow can lower testosterone production is this true or not?
