Got some problem with my bikini line and vagina skin. What is this?

What is this kind of skin disease? I am an overweight body type.My age range is 20-24yrs old. I used to have skin inflammation in my inner thighs and vagina since when I was young. Now it's getting worse, it looks really dull and itchy . . It has a mixture of white, dark and red colors. I never had a sex life yet so I really doubt that this is a sort of sexually transmitted disease. I am still hesitant to see a doctor because I am embarrassed and self-conscious.

Has any girls out there experiencing this too? I need your advice. Is there any over-the-counter remedy?

    It looks too blurry to determine but from your description, it might be tinea cruris. You could try antifungal cream of any brand to get rid of it. But, it would likely showed up again. To get it out the way you need to do low carb low sugar diet. And also, make sure to maintain a good self hygiene. Hope you getting well.
