Got this blisters, what do they mean?

I have like 4 blisters distantly positioned (not clustered) that formed immediately after sex i.e. about 1 to 2 hours after sex.

It started with itchiness, then a bump that got filled with colorles fluid almost immediately. I bursted them.

The 4 distantly located blisters formed one after the other- when one is about to heal, another one resurfaces just after feeling itchy on the specific spot

What could this be ?
