Got Tietze, and legs covered in bruises for no reason?

Hi Iv got Tietze and Iv noticed both legs have come out in bruises for no reasons and having shooting pains thru them is this anything to do with it? Constantly in pain and having different symtonms 😭

      shooting pain in chest mostly on the left side, pain in my arms and legs, inflamed breast bones

      Do you have any swelling or cramping in your leg? Does the bruise feel warm?
