Gout what can I drink

I have started Allopurinol and have cut out Alcohol altogether at the moment . Does anyone know of anywhere that I can check purines in foods and drinks .

I enjoy the odd beer but are zero % lagers or ciders ok to drink or do the have purines in them .

    I will post a link in another post. It will probably be moderated. Title of the article is Determination of purine contents of alcoholic beverages using high performance liquid chromatography. It does actually give some numbers. 😄
