GP referred me for heart murmur

**Today my doctor has referred me to a cardiologist for a possible aortic systolic heart murmur. This has freaked me out because I was being treated for a chest infection i.e. I had had a cough for weeks, sore chest, feeling a bit breathless and dizzy, exhausted and low blood pressure. But in last few days have had palpitations and felt wobbly so was really panicking. I have no idea yet when I will get an appt so just living with it feeling terrified.

Can anyone advise or share their experience with having this problem please?
