Hello sri,
You are really very young to have prostate issues. Most of us on here are MUCH older. However, we are where we are. I have no idea how large your prostate has become but I can suggest a relatively new treatment which has done wonders for me.I am in UK and from your data I would guess you are in USA.!!??
If you are like most of us your sex life has virtually gone missing and an erection is a distant memory.OK well here is what you can suggest to your doctor. If he is unaware of the treatment using 5mg of Cialis daily(not more!) in combination with the usual muscle relaxants (Flowmax and /orTamsulesin) it has been proven over several extensive trials that your Prostate will reduce in size by up to 30%.In many many cases your Prostate will be more or less 'normal'.In my case I had given up on a normal sex life years ago. Until, that I became aware of the Cialis treatment.Warning. It does not work for everybody and i have no idea why,but for the vast majority of those in the trials it was a revelation.I used to be into the bathroom six or seven times a night. Now I can sleep maybe 5 hours undisturbed. Then I do need to 'go'. But 5 hours is fantastic compared to my former terrible nights.Good luck and please let us know if you too have succes with Cialis 5mg.

Just a little use of Google will provide several reports of trials re Cialis and Prostate issues. To start Google Tadafil. Journal of Urology. There are many more. Remember reduction up to 30%. It really is a Godsend.

Hi Bob, you mean taladafil, not tadafil, right ? I did Google as you suggested but couldn't find anything that indicates taladafil reducing prostate size. Can you pinpoint me to a specific study or trial ? Hank

Hank. Just Google FDA approves Cialis for BHP. It's on WEB MD..Your doctor should be very familiar with this treatment although I had to alert my GP to the fact our Approval Authority (NICE) had approved it for British patients. If you want the actual trials just be creative with Google and type ''Cialis trials for BHP' and follow the links. Good luck Bob
