      It's the use of stainless steel instruments that are used to break up scar tissue restrictions, and adhesion in the fascia and calf 

      i just went for my first PT visit for this

      will let you know how it goes

    I have just started with another PT that  does the Graston technique which is the use of stainless steel instruments that are moved over the effected area to break up scar tissue that forms in the plantar and calf.  plantar fascitis is a soft tissue injury 

    Graston technique breaks up adhesion and scar tissue restrictions.

    i will keep you informed on how this works for me

      they do it every other visit

      so far I have had 3 visit with the graston and you know I have felt improvement each time and with no sliding back to where I was

      i am keeping up with this as this is way better than the orthotics and injections the also do ultrasound and the Tens

      i am so happy I found this. I see the light at the end of this tunnel (over 6 months
