Greasy stool

Hi,

I have been having nausea, dull upper right abdo pain radiating to my chest, shoulder blade, under arm and collar bone area. I have also noticed that my stools are oily and my urine has become darker.

l have had an ultrasound which detected nothing, i have had a CT scan multiphase pancreatic protocol which detected nothing, i had an MRCP which was mildly degraded due to breathing which came back with nothing. My bloods did have slightly elevated Amalyse and Billirubin however they have both returned to normal and my urine was slightly elevated at 2 for Urine Urobilinogen havent tested that again yet.

I have attached a photo of my stool it changes between yellow and this really dark brown colour with a coat of oil over it all the time. Nothing has changed in my diet and this only came about over the last two weeks. I only got my MRCP result today so I am going to see the doctor tomorrow to ask for a specialist referral and take it from there but just wanted to get everyones elses thoughts on this and if there is anything else i can do to ensure i get to the bottom of this.
