Great advice and support

Hi all. It is great you are all being so supportive and helpful.

    Hi Jennifer, i am glad you have been having some success. i found counselling didnt help me, so ive adopted a tackle the problem on my own approach and seeking support off here. i am very glad that i have been able to come back down to 7.5mg of zop a day. maybe i will try a step further when i have some time off work, but that could be over a month away, so i have to cope now. i find a little bit of stress gives me lots of problems, but i have to learn to cope

      Wow Mikey that is great you have successfully cut down with your meds. i will hope and pray you continue sleeping on that dose until the right time when you are less stressed - very wise to do that. As for stress I used to get really stressed out and then I would just let it get to me and do nothing except since then I have learnt to deal with it partly through counselling. I also developed the attitude partly due to advice that I started seeing stress as positive how it motivates people when they are stressed so I do not let stress have it's way with me anymore and no matter how stressed I am I just get on with things anyway. You probably apply a lot of that when you are working so you probably have coping skills if  you are working that you are already using. I might put up a post on stress if you like and research it for you and others but also for myself as I always need to know new strategies too. Would you like that? Be kind to yourself and do some nice things for yourself. You are doing great with your work and maybe with some of the financial rewards you get from it you could treat yourself to something nice like going to the movies or Gardens with a group of friends. My friends mean the world to me and I don't know where I would be without them. Take care and keep posting.
