:D i joined last sunday, just like to say what a great forum. I find it really helps to know i'm not alone. I'm 5 months into treatment for anxiety and wished i'd found this forum at the start. take care eveybody x x :D

    It helped me through a really tough cpl of days, only on day 9 though but it helps.

    I told the DR and she was so pleased!
