Great tip which helped my scattered brain and anxiety

just a quick tip. write a to do list everydY. im so scattered which causes more anxiety. to do lists gave me a sense of achievemwnt and grounding and helped me so much in my recovery.

    Funnily enough,I have just bought an Echo Dot for that very reason. I tick when I have completed task. Mind soothing

    For me it's the complete opposite, I make lists and create unneeded anxiety and pressure trying to complete them all.

    Maybe I need to make a list that has self care on there? What kind of things do you list?

    The night before I list extras,such as tidy cupboard,change bedding etc. I do usual chores dust and swiff. What doesn't get done that day,there is always another
