Green/gray sides on my glans of my penis

Hi i have been alot more sexual active this couple of months after discovering i was bi and have noticed that the side of my glans started to become green/yellow/grey tone instead of my natural flash tone.

I have been doing it unsafe wich i know now is stupid and also did some anal without condom (but they were clean) but it feels like after i did the anal there is a layer of dirt on top of my glans that never went washing away with soap or with water, when i touch it it feels more like a layer of moss instead of my skin and its only on the sides on my glans.

I recently took sti tests and they where all negetive but maybe it was wrong and could be a sti?

i thought maybe it was balanitis and went to the doctor that gave me a creme and now capsules for the fungel that we thought it was but it did nothing.

I've been being depressed for months now knowing i will never feel the skin on my dick anymore or maybe worse like cancer or other deadly disease that will make my life shorter and feel like giving up.

If someone could help me with this would be really helpful.
