green light surgery while on blood thinner

I have seen nothing on anyone's experience with TURP while on Coumadin/Lovenox.   This could mean it isn't worth recording.   I am willing to share  problems I experienced from surgery 11 days ago unlike others herein.   They were not unexpected, however..   If anyone is interested enough, get in touch with me.  Otherwise I'll spare the rest of you a boring read.   Let me say this:  IT AINT' THE SAME!

My surgery was Aug 23, 2017.  Recovery was slow and left for Italy on Nov 8.  I took a great many pads along and used them but a 9 week recovery window made the pads unnecessary.   This is the end of February.  I get up no more than 1  time nightly.   My retention is very good.  No accidents any more.  I probably 'go' 2 or 3 times more a day than normal.   The stream is stronger than before but not like a 20 year old.   Close facing a urinal is OK but if I am faced with a commode, I choose to sit.   Experiencing retrograde - completely dry!   But at 85 it is no big deal.  Last week, for the first, I took 50 mg Viagra and it was great having the bells and whistles going off again.    How are you doing?
