Green specks BV Trich or Fibroid

hello all again, had green yellow discharge for over a month now ,was told thats normal in perimenopause,but had extra long period aswell.

DR tested for Gonorrehea and Chlamydia cos she said these were most serious.came back Negative. Idid home test Canesten for BV and Trich /Thrush instantly showed blue/green for BV or Trich.

dr gave me Metronidazole for BV and said it covers Trich aswell but no need to treat husband too. Trich is a STI ????

Also now have green specks in discharge that are really green when squished.

worry is had a UFE done in 2018 for 1submucosal fibroid had absolutely no side effects and follow up showed no blood supply to fibroid.But concerned its now rotting or something,ive had calcium deposits in period and these can form on dead fibroids.

low intermittent tummy pain and continuos pain in lower right .

do i wait till awful pain before going to Aand E cos dr says may just have to live with it if doesnt clear up.Not even been diagnosed with anything yet how can they stop looking???
