Grey Itchy Pimple on Anus Area, what is it? And, what should I do to get rid of it?

Hi,

Kinda embarrassed to ask my doctor so I hope somebody could help me here. I'm 25 years old male, around August 2022 I noticed a grey-ish small shaped like pea appeared on my anus and it used to itch from time to time so, I tried to use "Anusol Multi-Symptom Hemorrhoid Pain Relief Ointment" to relief the itchiness which it did for sometime but for the last couple of weeks the itchiness is more than before also, I feel so discomfort and the size of the pimple feels kind of bigger than before. So, could anybody please tell me what exactly is this? And, what should I do to get rid of it?
