Hi Nikki. So sorry to hear about your loss. That would be a terrible stress to your emotions and subsequently, to your physical side as well. Trauma can bring on Fibromyalgia symptoms for sure. What affects our emotions does affect us physically as well. Have you gotten some help from a Doctor to cope better? You may need a mild antidepressant for a time Nikki, to help you sleep and to recoup. We do need a helping hand at critical times in our lives. Making sure you are eating very healthy and perhaps taking a few supplements can go a long way in helping you to deal with the stress of your grief as well. Losing loved ones can be some of the most stressful and heart wrenching things we can have to deal with. Talking to a trusted friend or family member about how your are feeling can help tremendously as well to unburden your heart. Wishing you better days ahead dear girl! You will find ways to cope, never despair. Maggie x

Sorry to hear about your loss and the phsiological pain. I can relate to it.

Have a healthy diet, take a walk in the morning sun, have some vitamin supplements and chamomile tea. Take some SAMe/ 5htp supplements if needed, get restful sleep and stay clear of antidepressants as they're poisonous..will make matters worse.

Stop fibro right at the border.

No worries Nikki. Somethings that have helped me a great deal with managing my pain is Collagen Powder from the Health Food Store and Cacoa Powder (organic) that I add each day to a smoothie. I use Rice Milk and frozen Blueberries and Chia Seeds in there as well. And I add a quarter piece of banana for Potassium. These supplements have been a blessing to me, really! They are foods so no junk or preservatives. All the best sweetie. Maggie x
