    Hi Heather,

Yes to grogginess. It takes a little while but it does get better. I had a really tough time at weeks 5 and 6, but it did improve by week 8. I felt much more alert and had more energy x

      Hi Sophie,

Thankyou so much for your reply. Did you find that your mood was abit lower around this time aswell? x

Definitely. There were times where I thought that I was taking a backwards step and the meds weren't working. I was convinced that my problems were going to get the better of me. But they do take time, which I know is the most frustrating thing to be told when you're finding it tough! Most people say that when you get to about week 8 (week 10 for me), you can almost feel the fog lifting. What dosage are you on? x

Thats how i feel now where I have moments that I feel like my thoughts will never change and my mood will never lift. And in moments when it does i freak out because ive been this way for so many months it likes it feels foreign. I was on 50mg for 3 weeks and on 100mg for a week.
