Groove along flat ribbon like poop

Hi everyone! I have been having my poop like ribbons, flat, with a groove all the way along it on one side... like some pictures posted here by another member. I suffer from IBS and my poop is very very soft due to the magnesium I take in order to be able to poop, but that is due to another issue. Anyway, had a colonoscopy done 3.5 years ago and a polyp was removed. Now today I will undergo a follow up colonoscopy. I will keep you guys posted.
