groundglass nodular on left lung?! Help

Hi everyone.. I was recently diagnosed with a kidney infection and the doctor ordered a CT scan to make sure i did not have a kidney stone. The ct scan came back showing no kidney stone, but it did show a 5mm x 3mm groundglass nodular density abutting the pleura posterolaterally at left lung. What does this mean? Because I am freaking out right now by what I am finding on the internet and I am 27 years old.
