Group C Beta Hemolytic Streptococcus

I have been sick since this infection and had a pretty bad Acute Respiratory Distress episode last year, have swollen lymph glands in my chest at 14mm large, recticulonodular opacities of the lung aspiration of the lungs/possible atypical infection. I have been so sick since the infection in 2015 that I have had nearly 3 dozen courses of antibiotics due to other infections because I only just picked up this mistake myself after all the doctors have missed it. I have been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia and Emphysema/COPD due to "pollution damage of my lungs" (When I have not been exposed to pollution).
The cat scans show that the abnormalities within my lungs are restricted to the bottom of the right lung and only in a single hemisphere. Here are the results of the culture where I think they made a mistake (Abdominal abscess, I thought it was caused by my belt at the time). I have consistently had a high white blood cell count (14-17, lymphocyte count is the only high value), do not have AIDS and have not been able to find any underlying severe diseases as of yet after extensive sereological testing.
Doing more sputum tests over the next 3 days and about $1000 worth of blood works to try see if I have a complex immune disorder which has been causing the infections in the first pace.
The doctors have ignored the sinus/long term wound which is not healing after nearly 5 years after repeatedly expressing concern that my health is declining.
Is this medical malpractice?
