Group of small scratches/ scrapes on penis shaft **GRAPHIC PICTURE**

i recently discovered this group of small scratches or scrapes on the on my penis shaft. it only hurts when i push down on that area of the foreskin, but it fades away quickly. Ive had no recent sexual activities, only masturbation. I'm wondering if it was because i wasn't washing my penis on a daily basis (the water was gone in my town for 3 days for some unknown reason.) So when i when to wash i found some left over toilet paper from when i masturbated so perhaps it was due to friction ?image
