Growing feeling of numbness/heaviness in limbs and faint 'vibration' sensation in the groin

Hello,
From the past week I've been feeling worse and worse when it comes to blood circulation (I think?) in my limbs, especially legs and my endurance (walking, preparing food while standing etc.) fell drastically because of that, I'll describe my symptoms in short and hopefully someone could give me a hint in what is going on with me.
So a week ago I started to feel this strange sensation of vibration at the base of my penis, at first I thought it was phone in my pocket. It feels kind of like a stream of liquid flowing through the vein skin deep. Unpleasant but not painful. I went to my GP for examination, but doctor found nothing unusual. Did a urine test and told me to watch out if I develop some other symptoms like numbness of legs, pain or rash.
Next day my legs started to get slightly numb, I got this feeling of them 'falling asleep' regardless of me standing, lying or sitting. Day after it spread onto my left arm and become much more severe. I felt like my legs got heavy after standing for a couple of minutes, and I needed to lay down with them resting of the wall so the heaviness dissipated (but they still felt asleep and a little numb). Walking to a shop nearby and making myself a dinner left me feeling heavy and weak in all my limbs. Decided to call late evening health advice to ask what to do, and I went to A&E. They did some blood tests and after finding nothing unusual release me.
Nothing really change since then, I'm still getting all my limbs (legs to much greater extend) numb and heavy, and after a little bit of physical work everything gets weak and covered in cold sweat. Especially feet. Was seeing a doctor today (even got my prostate checked), but she was unable to pinpoint any possible cause. She booked me for some more specific blood tests and MRI scan (that one in unspecified future sadly).
I really can't see any drastic change in my lifestyle that might've caused it. I'm a fairly active person, 30 y o, 2 days before it started I went on a 26 km hike with no issue (not uncommon for me). My weight haven't changed a lot during the last month, I'm not smoking, drinking or taking any drugs. No diabetics or blood circulation problems ever. Only thing I'm guessing atm is the fact that I started training with dumbbells like a month ago, and 4 years ago I had a minor lower back injury (fell from stairs, it healed quickly and nothing came out of it since).
If anyone happened to had similar issues, or know what it might be please do share. Every bit of information might help me to get to the bottom of this, and may lead my doctor to find what's happening to me.
Thank you for reading,
John

You sound as though you like your super fitness and push yourself with all sorts of things like long hikes and now training with dumbells. I wonder if you are just training too much and your muscles are starting to be damaged. This can cause other problems within your body. Is your urine dark in colour?
Maybe stop training until this is sorted out. Have a look at Rhabdomyolysis.
I'm not saying this is what you have, its just an idea you might like to ask your doctor about. If you can afford it ask for a private MRI to speed things up.
