Growth on groin, I've seen obgyn, what could it be?

i have had this growth, which started small, like a regular skin tag about 2 years ago and then the last 2 months it has become triple the size it started and is around the size of a quarter. it currently oozes a brown fluid and has a smell. I've been using antibacterial wound wash and keeping it lightly covered with gauze. I had it looked at by my gynecologist a few months back and she said it was not genital warts. I have others, that are much smaller but none are near my genitals. one on my stomach and the rest on my groin, like the one pictured. any advice on what it may be?
