You need to see a doctor or dermatologist. They will probably want to do an excision and biopsy. Impossible to tell exactly what it is from your pic., but a professional will look at it under a magnifying glass.Dont worry about cancer...it most likely is benign but better to be safe than sorry. This sort of thing is very common....doctors are being shown them all the time.
