Growths in vagina

i just had my Son almost 7 months ago and i also have a 4 year old. Yesterday i noticed a finger like projection and the base of my vaginal opening and this morning in the shower i was feeling around in my vaginal canal because i am completely freaking out and felt a smooth lump inside my vagina. I have an appointment on Tuesday, but i know i will be freaking out all weekend. i look a couple of photos while sitting on the toilet and bearing down to get a better image. Can anyone tell me what this could be or has anyone else had this issue?imageimage
