Hello all,
I got an issue even my dentist is not able to solve. I got swollen gums on my upper lateral incisor for like 2 months. x-ray shows no abscesses,nothing,teeth are vital. Papilae between central and lateral incisors is swollen painful,rinses dont work,gels,good oral hygene. my nose hole abowe both teeth is sensitive. I got a feeling that the central incisor moved a little bit but I am not sure. what could it be?
