Gurgling and popping sounds?

My daughter has been diagnosed with probable endo (ultrasound and MRI scans found nothing, but i know that doesn't mean it isn't there). She gets intermittent shooting pains in different places in the abdomen (lower right and left, upper right and left, down her vagina). When it is in the upper or lower abdomen, she sometimes gets a gurgling or popping sound and feeling at that same point. Has anyone else experienced this?

    Mine are always intestinal effects, quite separate from endo as my endo was always much further down on the intestine. But mention it to the doc/consultant.
