Gurgling tummy

Since starting these Monday all my tummy does is gurgle and make strange sounds, is that normal

    It's quite common for this to happen when you reduce the volume of food you're eating but your digestive system will soon adapt to the lower throughput and the noisiness will become much less apparent.

    When I started my stomach did the same 😁

    I think it's just our body adjusted to the medicine

    Hi sam yes it's a normal side effect of the orlistat.it means you are eating too much fat.if you cut down on the fat the symptoms disappear
