Gut Imbalance and Chronic Nausea for months

Hi. I'm new out there. I was treated for a tapeworm and e-coli after returning from Mexico

Oct 28, 2022. I was given praziquantel twice and subsequent follow up revealed no parasite.

However, after the praziquantel and the azythromycin, I have been nauseous for months. Still

to this day and today is a bad day. Gastro did an endoscopy and a biopsy that came back normal

limits. Have any of you been sick for that long after meds? This is 44 days now of nausea. Sometimes

it's very low level and then sometimes it's terrible. I don't know what I will wake up with. I have even

had a good day or two. My 2 most prominent symptoms are loss of appetite and nausea. I lost about 10 lbs and now only weigh 108. I'm trying my best to maintain my weight. Can anyone enlighten me? I know it can take time to rebuild your gut (I am eating right, taking probiotics and a supplement called enteromend by Thorne. Have any of you been sick this long?
