Guys I noticed a MASSIVE difference by doing a hot steaming unbearable Sitz Bath
Posted , 3 users are following.
someone here told me to do a Sitz Bath and ignore the guide lines online that says warm but not too hot. So I did just that I heated some water and mixed it with regular water but left it steaming still.
It was too hot at first but I man it up and remained there for 15 mins.
It has made a massive difference to my sphincter spasm.
I am on a new trick I am eating just once a day and it will allow me to use the toilet once every 2 days and I am using diaper rash cream which has worked for me before.

Daz mentioned to use a hot wheat bag to sit on. I use a heating pad. I think what daz recommended will help you lots. you can order from Amazon. John, I'm hoping and praying you and I and others here will be completely healed. I know your anguish too well. 1 year already with horrible pain. You are not alone. Keep in touch brother. God be with you.
that image is of an Amazon microwave heating pad something that daz was suggesting. You might find other types you can boil then use. doesn't hurt to try.

Hey buddy I wanted to as you your thoughts on putting this inside your anus?
It is an essential oil on Amazon named
Muscle Relief Synergy Blend Essential Oil by Edens Garden- 10 ml (Clove, Helichrysum, Peppermint and Wintergreen)
by Edens Garden
Apparently they did a scientific study and 1% clove oil cream is better than Nitroglycerin at relieving spasm.

I read in a brief reply by someone using coconut oil, peppermint, I forget what the 3rd ingredient. was to make into a natural suppository. This brand seems to be along those lines. All you can do is see if it works. I bought EMUaid since it was used for Anal Fissure healing but I haven't had any miraculous results. Chronic fissures are not easy to heal so it takes a lot of care and knowledge from reliable sources.

Thanks I ordered it, I read somewhere we should never put essential oils inside the anus so I guess I have to put it outside

Yes, those oils can sting like Heck! Anal Fissure or not that area has too many nerve endings. it's like lighting a match and inserting it. I just started Dr Butlers hemorrhoid and fissure ointment. so far very soothing on the Anus. I wouldn't recommend using the anal insert that comes with it. apply gently with you finger make sure to cover the fissure with it. Sit on a heating pad in bed or you might damage it (hot wheat bag you can use any where you have a microwave.)or just adjust yourself when necessary. I hope that helps you.

Another option I will be trying is going back to smoking c@nnabis. I stopped due to panic attacks, but since I am at a point in my life where I have nothing else to live for and my life is basically over I will be going after that vice once more. I will smoke before I go to the toilet and see if the THC has any effect. I am still a little hopeful that it will heal on its own tho, I bought essential oil of clove etc and Calmoseptine which I heard work wonders. I will let you know how all of it goes

I hear ya brother, I know how it is. I smoke hybrid form of it once in awhile not too often because of increased anxiety. if that helps your muscles to relax it's all good. I don't assume what your faith is but I completely understand not wanting to experience another day living in pain. Be of good cheer, If your Faith is in Christ Jesus who over came the World , sin and death you are not amounting to nothing but heading to everlasting life with a hope and future. I hope you can pick up a bible to read the book of John, I find strength for living in this world through prayer and seeking wisdom. I like the book of psalms. Many great passages there. May the Lord heal you and keep well. God Bless. Please let me know how you are doing.

Hi there friend, while I stopped praying a long time ago I think I might pick it back up again I will take your advice, I have no other option at this point.
I want to share with you my experiment with clove oil, I mixed it with virgin coconut oil to dilute it and the experiment done by research gate was correct, it significantly reduces my anal canal pressure and I assume spasm if its the same thing.
I dunno what their definition by significantly is but to me it feels like a 70% reduction in the pain when the oil effect is at its peak. I have no idea if this is what nitroglycerin does but maybe it is. The only issue is its short lived as in it lasts 90 minutes only but it does an amazing job in 90 mins then I massage it again and the pain stops again, much better if I stand up as sitting has a horrid effect, I basically rub and try to deeply massage the outside of my anus and around the but cheeks with it and it has a nice cooling soothing effect, but then again my pain mainly lasts about 6 hours after bowel movements until the spasm stops so if I apply it 4 times and massage it in that 6 hours I should be good to go.
The research had shown that 60% of people who participated in the clove oil group had healed their fissure while only 12% in the other group had healed. This suggests I may have a 50% chance or so to heal my chronic fissure by doing this. What I am doing to do is massage this then go to the toilet do my squat position and hopefully it should be a lot less painful and reduce the spasm immediately as it starts. I want to avoid taking the ibuprofen because that doesn't solve the problem the clove however while obviously not as good as Ibuprofen it actually solves the issue because it stops the anal canal pressure which should allow the fissure to heal. So I wanna man it up and stick with the clove oil
I ordered a oil on Amazon that has Clove, Helichrysum, Peppermint and Wintergreen. Also ordered Calmoseptine ointment so I will let you know how that treatment goes when it arrives. I noticed eating 1 table spoon of virgin coconut oil at nights and mornings helps my digestion and helps keep my stool soft I also use ducosate sodium tablet twice a day. I am going back to a previous diet, drinking 1 cup of chia seed with soy milk a day and a little bit of squash or pumpkin this in the past made by experience with sh*tting nearly painless so am gonna try it again.
