guys please help!!! is this genital herpes or something else?

This is really urgent guys!! So ive been traveling for a day and by evening i felt a slight bit of itching ,i ignored but then i started having severe itching and couldnt help but scratch i didnt feel anything that time but the next day it started hurting me so i checked it out and i got these small bumps on the labia and it kinda looks like its swollen. and it hurts really bad, plus km having this yellowish foul discharge. Im travelling rn and i cant even go see a gynaec! if anyone knows pls help out!!!image

    not a very good picture but could be herpes given the fact of the unusual discharge and itching. do you recall tingling or stinging? get swabbed as soon as you can

      honestly i really just wanna get tested but im travelling rn and theres no doctors here. its hell T^T

    its just getting worse like it was just boils first but the boils broke and it looks like sores and its really painful. I consulted a gynac and she said its vulvovaginitis Also can anyone tell me what i can do to stop the painimage.

    update: i got it checked and i was vulvovaginitis, my blood tests also came out normal thankfully. i took a couple of medication and now its completely healed.

      crazy cause i have something similar to that and doc said it might be herpes 😕 i dont know yet for sure waiting for my results
