Guys please help if anyone can!!! i was in the shower when i saw a little lump on the left side of my penis which inside felt like some veins and fat.
than about 30 minutes ago this appeared!!! i am freaking out!!!! now they are on both sides, feel full, no pain, masturbated 5 minutes ago, nothing happened. tommorow i will be asking my parents to take me to a urogolist. please someone respond if i should care about it, or it will go away!!! i will sleep on it than respond again good night everyone!!! 15/M

If that was any higher and any restricted blood flow not allowing foreskin retraction, I would say paraphimosis.
Is there any pain? Are you not able to retract? Are you having issues with urination? if so, I would suggest immediate ER/ED/A&E.
This could be a penile fracture of sorts (or at least an injury) and damage to the tunica albuginea. See: 'Buck's Fascia'.
You should see a doctor about this as soon as possible to avoid further complications with the fibrous tissue/plaque build up leading to erectile dysfunction or peyronie's disease.
You're young - you will be fine, don't panic, but get this looked at! This is also only a guess based on one picture without further context and there is no bruising so could be a number of things!

I have managed to calm down since the events that happened last night. To answer you questions, i can retract the skin all the way down (i guess thats what you meant),
no probpem with urination and there is no pain at all. I will get this lloked at either today or tommorow hut definetely talking to my parents. Thank you for calming me down!

Update : As of 18:57 March 26th, 2 days later.
Guys, today the lump has almost gone down fully.
A little lump on the left side, but other than that we are good. If anyone ever has this problem, it will go away. My guess is that i have probably masturbated once hard and one of my veins expanded and pushed out the skin on the side of my penis. Now i can get a full erection and today's masturbation felt like i was in heavens.
