GW confusion

After some advive .

Ive had this small bump on my penis shaft for the past few months that has given me some anxiety . Small spot that is skin coloured with a small dimple in the middle with a single hair coming out of it . For context im sexually active have been with same partner for over 12 months no history of previous partners have ever had sti issues . I also have had Fordyce Spots since i was a teenager .

A week ago i went swimming at a beach and noticed it had become irritated and grown slightly bigger . I stupidly tried to pop it and ended scabbing over . The hair that was in the centre came out with another hair but now the bump looks scared and red .

What could this be ? could this be HPV , scar from ingrown hair , folliculitis or irritated fordyce spot ?
