gyn surgery post op issues - anyone else have them ? really scared. help.

hi everyone ! i'm sort of in a panic/anxious and really beginning to go nuts over here.

i'm several weeks out from my ovarian cyst surgery and still feel really down. i was beginning to feel better a the 2 and 1/2 week post mark and just suddenly felt sick from there.

had a few scans to check for what could be going on but found nothing so far they're extremely concerned about. still trying to rule things out. could be an infection and on meds for that but not really helping.

SYMPTOMS

1) Loss of appetite feeling like nausea 2) Chills

>> Both are intermittent but come on like a sudden downpour when i do get them

3) Lower abdominal discomfort (not pain, more like bloating but only in the pelvis if that makes sense with really weird sharp pinching feeling)

4) Maybe insomnia ? don't know if this is related. extremely sleepy but still can't sleep properly most of the time.

HI - I get the lower abdominal discomfort and I am 4 months post op! I'll feel like I am getting better and then the incision area starts to bother me again - pain, ache, sometimes the pinching....

I also am still really bloaded! Have gained weight and cannot get this under control.
