I am planning to have gynacomastia procedure next year during winter time when I can were thick clothes and cover the results.
How long will I need to massage myself? Is it painful? Maybe you have propositions how to find the cheapest doctor. I am looking only for a private practice.

After procedure some doctors will tell you to do daily massage for one month, other may advise you to wear special very tight vest (also for a month). If you have a lot of fat to remove it may be painful for two weeks. Massages are painful also because you cannot be delicate with yourself.

I had mentioned procedure in www.beautypoland.com. The plan was to massage most affected places for a month. It was painful like hell but in time you'll get use to it
The effect is worth the effort.
