Gynocomastia....again

I thought you guys on here might be able to offer more realistic advice and actually have something practical that I can do. Here is how I came to have gyno for the 2nd time in my life.
A few years ago, about 5, I got sick of having puffy nipples. I had always had them since I remember and I was doing well so I thought, I want to get rid of them, nothing had worked before, no amount of gym sessions. I'm not a body builder, I'm reasonably fit but certainly not lean by any stretch of the imagination. But when I was around 34 or so, I decided to pay the money and have liposuction performed, which worked wonders, I was so happy to finally be able to take my shirt off in public. Like I say, I'm not a big guy but I felt kinda funny before.
Recently I had been having trouble with my skin. Allergic reactions to almost everything, I was getting complete shut down, and my skin literally would flake off like in a dust cloud. I could not function or sleep properly and it impacted my life like crazy. Obviously extremely itchy I struggled on like this for as long as possible before seeing multiple doctors in different countries. Nothing really worked, bar one 'natural' GP who gave me (I'm so stupid now), a drug called prednisone. My skin cleared up and I was so happy, for a while, I had a few weeks or months of complete and utter relief but the prednisone was a steroid and in my semi exhausted state (I didn't sleep, needed to be off work) did not really function, I just didn't do my home work and I took it. The GP also gave me other vitamins at the same time, cucamin, vit D, magnesium and zinc.
Anyhow I stopped taking when I realised that my moods were not right and I got some infection in my right nipple. I went to a different Dr to get some antibiotics as it was swollen and bleeding. I think people had assumed that I had scratched it as did I. I didn't know as I was scratching almost everything while asleep. Anyhow, it was itchy on the right side. Now I notice some slight pain there and both nipples are definitely more pronounced then before. It's like my previous operation was completely reversed and I am back to square one with nipples that are puffy. On the right side, it is more as when it is cold it sticks out more then then other.
I now realise that I had been given a Steriod, prob the worst thing ever and my Drs back in the UK when I go back seem to just treat the sore nipple as mastitis. Which is annoying. Obviously now I'm looking to try and solve the issue and I have been reading a lot on this forum about different prescription medications such a Nolvadex or Letro.
I'm being optimistic here and trying to drive up my T levels and reduce my Body Fat. I'm not gym guy, so I'm trying to eat right and burn the fat that way. I'm not sure if this is possible, I have visions of me doing this before to no success. I don't know if there is lump under the right nipple, I have tried to feel it and it feels "fatty" but I'm not expert here. I'm taking a bucket load of zinc, magnesium, and other natural T boosters, Ashwagandha for example. But probably need to do more.
I have read that the nipples may return to normal (I'm an optimist) but after about 4/5 months after being given the steriod drugs, prednisone, I'm not sure they can go back on their own. I'm trying to avoid the surgery, in as much as I had to pay before and its quite expensive and obviously if I can do it without needing this, I will or side effects or long term effects of quite serious drugs.
I'm still having issues with the skin and finding that quite hard, so now, I'm back to square one, skin is still an issue and feel little further with this and now I have a really annoying and stressful problem with my nipples.
Here is what I am trying:
1. Zinc.
2. Magnesium.
3. Ashwagandha Extract.
4. Vit D.
5. Full Vitamins.
6. Exercise pectoral muscles (mainly push ups)
7. Reducing alcohol to zero.
8. Green Teas and fat burning with caffeine.
I'm considering:
1. Megabol Inh-AR Aromatase Estrogen Blocker
2. Topical Caffeine. Ground up powder and alcohol to promote absorption.
3. Green Tree Extract ingested and topical.
4. ?Topical yohimbine.
5. ?Chrysin.
